This is a terrific location in Unterseen, just a short walk away from the sonewhat more touristy atmosphere of Interlaken. We loved the hotel’s family atmosphere and the exceptional staff, particularly Christopher and Vilma. Our room with private bath was very comfortable and breakfasts were a particlarly enjoyable experience - buffet-style, augmented by the cheerful staff bringing coffee to our table. Upon arrival Christopher gave us great advice on which buses to take to get to our first hiking destination, Niederhorn. We were also impressed by the separate eating space available for guests who want to eat their own food/meals picked up from the nearly adjacent Co-op store or elsewhere. As the hotel is just a very short walk to Interlaken West, we highly recommend Hotel Rössli! It was so convenient to busses and trains to Lauterbrunen Valley.

Located a short walk from the train station, this lovely hotel is truly a gem. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Very fascinated by their key system. There was also a lift, though it's a tad slow, but it is definitely a god-send for heavy luggages. The rooms were clean, cozy and comfortable. Love the 24hr lounge area where guests could relax over complimentary coffee and a good selection of teas. There's also a microwave and kettle where guests can prepare simple meals. Glasses were also available if you want to share a bottle of wine and chill with friends. Hotel owner Jean Louis was very friendly and humorous, he mingled with guests over breakfast. Would certainly stay here again when in Interlaken.

Good location. It's a 5 minute walk from interlaken west train station, so you can get to wherever it is you want to go very easily. There are plenty of shops/restaurants nearby. And there is a wide range of brochures in the reception area if you're looking for somewhere to go. Good breakfast. There's a lot of variety available for breakfast ranging from eggs & bacon to cereal, fruit & nuts and plenty of bread. You can just help yourself from the counter. Great way to set yourself up for a day of travelling. Friendly staff. John Louis gave me a DVD on the last day of my trip with a slifeshow of pictures from across switzerland throughout the seasons. Good inspiration for future trips.

By far one of the best services I’ve had in a hotel. Comfortable, warm rooms, wide spaces to be explored and extremely friendly and polite staff in reception. Breakfast was always varied, we had scrambled eggs and bacon on request! The hotel itself has perfect Mountain View’s and is located in such a quiet and peaceful area which is 5 mins from the station, supermarkets and shops. Sir Jean Louis was an excellent host, spoke many languages, was very caring and knowledgeable of all things Swiss! He even gave us a few USB sticks with his Swiss research. I’ll definitely be returning to enjoy the summer. Thank you to all hotel Rössli staff !!!
